ELEVAIT DIGITAL provides digital marketing, web engineering, branding, SEO/AEO/GEO, and media management. Specific project scopes, timelines, starting costs, and payment schedules are governed by individual master service agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, clients retain ownership of completed visual assets, web code, and creative deliverables crafted for their account. ELEVAIT DIGITAL reserves the right to display non-confidential capability concepts in its portfolio.
4. Performance Disclaimer
While we apply rigorous strategic and technical execution, ELEVAIT DIGITAL makes no guarantees of specific revenue numbers, lead quantities, or ranking positions. Growth outcomes depend on market factors, offer strength, and business execution.
5. Governing Law
